Our level 1 chargers are good for home uses, our level 2 products fit into both residential and commercial settings, and our DC fast chargers work better for public charging stations that require super faster charging. A: Portable chargers such as our Portable Box don’t require installation. You can use it by simply plugging the charging cord into a standard household outlet. Other level 1 home chargers need to be installed on the wall or mounted on a pedestal, but they also work well with a wall outlet.
As for our level 2 or DC fast chargers, they can be wall/pedestal-mounted, or fixed on the floor if they come with a large metal enclosure. But since they require higher inputs (240V – 480V or more), you need to make adjustments to your electrical system to connect the chargers to the electrical panel.
